Applied for a Customer Experience Specialist position with average hourly pay. Interview process was extreme for this position. Interviewed with three different people and completed a 45min shadowing session with a current employee. Parts of the process were unprofessional and very misleading.

Interview
Applied for $22 hourly position, in-office 25% of the month. Had to complete an NDA and a PI Behavioral test (corporate astrology, very outdated) just for zoom interview. The Friday after 2nd interview with CX team, recruiter sent an email at 4:15pm on Friday saying please wait for NEXT Friday for our decision, and next Friday I hear nothing, then was sent a rejection email to wake up to on Saturday morning. Very unprofessional, extreme process considering the below market pay.
