They said that it had no impact on the actual hiring, so there's that. One thing is that there are two tracks- design and technology. Only technology was talked about. They just added the design team, so wasn't very helpful for me. Never got back to me, even after following up, which I find to be a bit rude after the time commitment. There were two other 30 min interviews back to back, one person each.
