The whole process took over 1 month. Had two screening interviews followed by an interview with an HR person. Then I had three interviews with the prospective team and then radio silence. I had to follow up many times to hear whether or not I had received an offer. Finally, an HR person informed me that I hadn't. My first contact was in mid-July and I heard my rejection in the first week of September. Interfaced with three separate HR people and five employees. Tremendous waste of time.
