I feel racially discrminated.
I waited 1 month for Truist bank to respond to me for the 2nd interview. I emailed a follow up email asking about my phone interview. The man told me I would get a 2nd interview and he would send me an email with interview times. I waited two weeks after his email. I already had waited 1 month for this interview. Next thing I know I get a denial automated email.

Interview was very straight forward, the interview was about a hour long then after that you will have one more interview if you make it to next steps 2nd interview will be a phone interview
The video answer submission pre in person interview was 6 questions. Some gave 60 seconds or 90 seconds to respond. With unlimited retakes. last two questions are about compensation and if you speak another language. Those are in typed responses.
I was contacted by a recruiter. Filled out the online application then spoke with the branch manager. Simple questions about work experience, expected pay, and long term goals.It was a basic knowledge and experience interview . The offer letter came the next day
