Question 1
What traits in necessary for Scrum Master for team be successful.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Truist (New York, NY)
Interview
Initially communicated with recruiter after applying online and speaking with a neighbor that worked with Truist to get my name up the chain a bit. Phone screen was straightforward and positive. Next interview was with hiring manager/release engineer. This interview was also pretty straightforward and seemed to go well. Final round was right before Thanksgiving with 2 of the scrum masters at the company. We had a great conversation and they asked basic scrum questions, questions about working across timezones and challenges faces as a scrum master at current position. This interview also seemed to go well. I followed up immediately after to thank them for their time, and again 2 weeks later to follow-up. No response. I followed up again after holidays and again, no response. I never heard a single word back. I would expect a company as large as this to be more organized and respectful of people's time. I spent hours preparing and interviewing 3 times and not so much as a "we went with someone else". Very disappointing experience.
