I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Trumaker (Denver, CO) in Jan 2016
Interview
It began with an email for a quick phone interview. After the phone interview, I had to answer a few questions before the actual in-person interview through an email. The in-person interview was at their showroom, where it was definitely casual and more so a meeting to get to know more about the company and it's product/business structure.

Interview
I had a 30 minute phone interview. The guy who interviewed me mostly wanted to hear how I would find new customers for them. It's obviously still a start up company that wants their employers to basically be a promoter. He was trying to hint that I would have to get my clients from the people that I already know. Going to social events and networking is their idea of how to build up their business. Really strange concept.

Interview
Horrible Interview Experience. First phone interview went well and was told to sign up online to schedule a time for a second interview, which I did within the hour. On the day of the second interview, 20 minutes before we were scheduled to chat, I received an email saying that the person I was speaking with was "having technical difficulties" and needed to reschedule. I know things happen so I was more than fine with rescheduling! I sent an email in response with my schedule to set up a time. There was no response after a day and a half so I sent another email checking in and hoping to re-scheudle my interview time. Mind you this email was sent to two people, and I NEVER heard back. If they decided I wasn't the best fit for the position, I would much rather be told that than receive an excuse 20 minutes before my scheduled interview. It's not only rude, but extremely unprofessional.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Trumaker (Denver, CO) in Sept 2016
Interview
Phone Interview with Recruiters in San Francisco (takes about 30 minutes just figuring out what knowledge you have on the company and what kind of sales individual you are)
Phone interview with local manager (this could have possibly changed considering the managers were always changing, so they might have a whole new way of interview processes. But you will meet and interview with the top local outfitter)
Personal interview with local manager and possible team lead
