The interview process was surprisingly thorough and detailed. It started with two online surveys. One involving some technical puzzles and one more character related - like how I would handle certain customer related scenarios.
I found them both entertaining, especially the puzzles.
Other phone calls and meetings followed - all getting to know more about me, my values, and my goals.
I really appreciated the vetting process - even though it was very thorough and even a bit intimidating. It felt like they really knew what they were looking for which excited me because I'd rather work in a place like that than with a bunch of monkeys who got jobs because they could breath.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No specific questions I can recall - but they were interested in their core values and what I thought about them, and what sort of experiences I've had that relate to them. Also, inquiring about my interest in technology and solving problems. It sounds like they care more about WHO you are, and your interests and ability to learn than your actual history with technology.
