Truro and Penwith College interview questions

Micro teach of fifteen minutes, campus tour, interview with HOD, HR team member and SLT member. Found the process well structured and felt like a full day of assessment. There was also chance to have lunch with existing staff members.

• short but however it was very thorough • I felt very welcomed and appreciated • they asked about my hobbies and interests which made me feel valued • because it didn’t take very long i was able to have my parents in the car outside waiting for me which made me feel safe • they were very accommodating about my additional needs which made me feel seen and heard
