Supposed to be interviewed by 2 male interviewers. But when I went into the interview, was interviewed by a lady with no experience in Ops Risk as the two male interviewers got caught up with work. It would be better if I was informed earlier. Completed the interview and a few moments later, was asked to go back in cause one of the interviewers became free. But throughout the interview, the interviewer kept looking at his phone. Felt a little disrespected and that they have wasted my time.

There are 5 interview rounds among various teams (HR, technology, Culture, etc.). This includes, technical, social, culture, etc. Some managers and others are senior staff. It took about 4 months to arrange the interview round and the offer take additional 2 months.
