They made me feel at ease. Very friendly, asking basic questions about the role of a planner, as well as questions from your CV and previous experiences, such as times you had to overcome a hurdle.
The process went well. I was only able to make it to the second round. First round was scenario based questions and the second was a project I had to present.
situation-based questions that will ask about your previous roles. Just so you know, situation-based questions require you to point out the processes you took to achieve your goal. Be prepared for those situation-based questions.
