TryHackMe Financial Controller interview questions

I completed the online form and was invited to a meeting with their Head of Talent for a Talent Screening meeting. This individual then rearranged the meeting 3 minutes before the start time with no message to a time where I was already in meetings so therefore could not accept. Once we did meet, the meeting went well and I got an idea of the company, I felt it went really well and was instructed on when I would hear back on this, then I was completely ghosted. I sent a follow up email a week later to no response. I don't appreciate my time being wasted and the vibe I got was extremely chaotic and unprofessional from this company.
