I interviewed for several months with the Pipeline group: multiple online interviews, several coding tests, and even an onsite round (super-day). Unfortunately, the process felt like a waste of time. After investing months, I never received any feedback; communication just stopped.
Many of the interview questions focused on describing detailed strategies I had built previously (“describe the strategy that made the most money,” “tell us how it works”), which gave the impression they were more interested in gathering ideas than assessing skills.
Overall, it came across as unprofessional and disorganized. From conversations with other candidates, this seems to be a recurring pattern. I would advise future applicants to be cautious and manage expectations.
