Tufts Medicine interview questions

Three interviews, very straightforward hiring as you meet with hr then two colleagues and supervisor . Offer within 1 month of application & was able to negotiate details with HR

The first phone interview went great! The second interview with a supervisor was okay. I was asked questions I have never been asked before. I was also asker why I wanted to leave my current job I explained why. I don't think the supervisor liked the answer I presented. The interview was an hour long just to get an email a week later saying they have moved forward with other candidates. She could have said that instead of me expecting to hear back. The supervisor stated she had a few more interviews and she would let me know as soon as possible, if you knew I wasn't what you were looking that should have been said. It was a waste of time. After reading the reviews on this company I'm glad I wasn't extended an offer.
