Highly technical, requires attention, and being good at what you do. They grill you with tests and then you have to do a problem set in your selected expertise which is okay.

Did a bar raiser interview and it consisted of one DSA and one React question. I was ghosted after the interview even after reaching out to the Turing team repeatedly. Would not recommend.

Yeah, I tried Turing after seeing an email thread and I think it is the perfect opportunity for remote jobs. First of all, there are already so many US jobs listed with Turing that your chances of missing an opportunity are so low.
The automated vetting process consists of a series of steps, after registering with them you will get an opportunity to select the technologies you want to screen in. I took Python, React, Node, Rust and several soft skills tests. This first stage consists of several MCQ's, pretty challenging, but for an experienced developer like myself, I found them quite intuitive and easy.
The best thing about this stage is that they test (for each technology that you pick) a variety of concepts within the technology — from data structures and algorithms, problem solving, testing and debugging and technology internals.
