The interview process was quite bad, HR and the managers related to the position are not aligned. The manager of the department had no idea about my CV and the history of our interview.

First meeting with HR. If it is fine, you move forward with the technical interview. It takes around 1 month, I guess. I did not move forward afterwards. It was a junior position.
