First step was a zoom interview with HR Then an in-store trial shift for 2 hours They pay $16 an hour for the trial shift At the end of the shift they will decide if to proceed to hire

Very relaxed interview, interviewer was kinda scatter-brained and didn't really ask me much. Was a super simple process and I went for a trial shift a couple weeks later.
