I attended a career fair, spoke with a recruiter, and got an interview in person at the fair. The interview was behavioral but they focused on technical skills that revolved around management and planning.

1. How well do you work in a team 2. mention a time when you had to overcome a challenge
3 different people lasting about 30 minutes each. One of them is HR and the other two are people in your field. it was very friendly and conversation-based. just be prepared with the basic questions and you should be fine.
