Turning Point interview questions

Thorough interview with a nice atmosphere. Questions included knowledge of safeguarding, reservations to working with adults with criminal background, reactions to potential difficult situations, safety procedures, risk assessment strategies, company morals, previous experience, transferable skills

Discriminatory hiring process. Feedback was a lie, it was like it for a different interview. Did not stick to agreements regarding decision and feedback for both interviews. Impersonal response. Serious concerns for applicants with lived experience.
