I sent them my cover letter and resume. I received a response saying "Your application is very interesting for us, are you interested to move to Cologne?" and then I replied back with questions, etc. I didn't hear from them for 2 - 3 months and I just received an email last week that they weren't interested. Unprofessional HR team, extremely delayed response with no follow up whatsoever.
