It was very easy, more so like a review of the system they use rather than a traditional interview. The interviewer was very nice and knowledgeable. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
There is a text portion and another portion where you use your voice and camera. You have to identify their 7 tenants of tutoring being used in one of the 3 tutoring examples the gave you to prepare.
