They essentially just asked for your qualifications and for some personal statements about why you think you would be a good tutor.

Submit online CV and sample questions in writing in described area of expertise. Took a while for them to respond but probably bc it was mid-semester. I never spoke to anyone directly but the online application was pretty in-depth.
