Direct onsite interview starting with: 1) introducing yourself followed by 2) What do you know about us. 3) Tell us about yourself. 4) What are your strengths skills 5) Several behavioral questions. You can and should negotiate politely. You are in a stronger position if you have another offer, but even otherwise, you should ask for more of every type of payment
