I recently had a disappointing experience interviewing with Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO). I had high expectations for their organization, but after being given a specific timeframe for a response, more than two weeks passed with no update. Despite sending two follow-up emails, I never received a reply.
Even if an applicant is no longer being considered, providing a response shows respect for their time and effort. Recruiters represent their organization, and timely communication goes a long way in maintaining a strong employer brand.
