I interviewed at Twinkl Educational Publishing (London, England)
Interview
Lengthy 3 stage process, involving a timed screening task related to the role, informal chat with recruiter then interview with relevant staff. Was able to choose slots to suit own schedule. Recruitment staff were very friendly.
Easy, 3 interviews - one screening and one task and one meeting with country manager - everyone very nice and welcoming, they were looking for certified teachers and certified teachers only - once they knew you were, they knew you were credible
I applied online. I interviewed at Twinkl Educational Publishing in Jan 2026
Interview
Wrote out a long application, was assigned a writing task where we had to edit / rewrite a piece. Instructions were quite unclear. Didn’t receive feedback on the task until chased up, and even then it was only ‘you didn’t get the job’ when I’d dedicated the best part of a day on the task. I know I was more than qualified. The job posting is still popping up online months later. No wonder reading the reviews on here!
