Applied online, got an invite few hours later. 1 Hiring Manager Screen, 1 Tech Screen, 6 onsite interviews. Other than the tech screen and 1 round onsite, most questions are behavioral questions asking about the experience in BI/Analytics. Talk about yourself, why Twitch, etc. One thing to note is that you are being interviewed by people you will be working with, not people with similiar position, which I think makes is very interesting. Everyone (from HR to interviewers) are super nice and passionate about what they do, I enjoyed all my interactions with them. Heard back a week later after onsite. The recruiting team was amazing during this entire process, they were super responsive and helpful. My recruiter was especially transparent, it really seems he wants to do what he can to make sure I am happy.
