Two Circles Software Engineer interview questions

2 out of 3 interviews were fine and it felt like the feedback from both sides was extremely positive. Then I received an email stating they decided to go with someone else which would be totally fine but unfortunately I am acquainted with the person they hired instead. That completely ruined the "we have a fantastic team" claims Two Circles had all the way. This person is known to me as an extremely unpleasant and has a reputation of treating his colleagues poorly. He usually doesn't even hide it, so I have no idea how he got through the personality interview. Well, here goes another fantasy story about a great team and positive work environment. Funny enough to all my questions about the company they kept insisting that it's important for them to hire people who fit the company culture. If that means being like the guy they hired, I would highly recommend to stay away from Two Circles.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Had a scheduled call with HR however, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes. The HR never showed up to the call and completely ghosted me, leaving me with no explanation or feedback. I then followed up with the recruiter via emails but unfortunately, they completely ghosted me and provided no explanation for their absence. I understand that recruiters are busy, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication and feedback. It made me question the company's professionalism and consideration of candidates. This unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable and disrespectful to job seekers. Avoid this company if you can!
