I was scheduled for a consulting Analyst interview with Riparian LLC. The first stage went well with two of the managers. We discussed the role and my background. The second interview was with the director. We discussed the role further in detail and what is expected. I was then scheduled for a third interview. This time it was with another manager. I was asked about some SQL questions and excel project questions. I got some of the questions wrong. A day later I was told that they are actually looking for someone with strong SQL, Data Analytics and Government pricing experience. Honestly I felt this was just huge waste of my time. If they wanted someone with these qualities, why did it take 3 stages of interviews to decide that? If I had known this is what they are looking for, I would have not taken the time out of my busy work schedule to interview with this company.
