Another phone call (30 min) with the hiring manager who started with a little strange behavioral question that seemed like an actual situation he is dealing with ( see below) and spent the rest of the time dissecting the reasons for job changes rather then focusing on previous experience as it relates to the position and evaluating skill set and qualifications for the role. Sounded irritated and curt.
