I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Two Six Labs (Arlington, VA) in May 2019
Interview
It was very lengthy. There was a 20 min phone screen, then I interviewed face to face for two hours with 4 people, came back two weeks later and interviewed with one more for 40 minutes, then had another 30 minute telephone interview! All GOOD interviews. After two months of this, they didn't agree to my salary, which they were told my expectations before the process began. After speaking to SIX people; no offer. Classic bait and switch. A month later a different recruiter contacted me for the SAME position. I asked her the salary, it was only 5K less than what I'd asked for. Another month goes by... A THIRD recruiter calls for the SAME position. There are a TON of skilled professionals in this area, it shouldn't take 6 months to fill a simple ISSO position...so YOU be the judge...
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They were typical questions surrounding the duties of an ISSO. They asked engineering questions, but that wasn't my background.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Two Six Labs (Arlington, VA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Interview was with six hiring managers and the President/CEO of the company. Everyone that I spoke with was very passionate about their job and really enjoy the environment that they work in. The HR staff was GREAT from start to finish.
