I applied through other source. I interviewed at Tyemill (Seattle, WA)
Interview
A bit of a mess really, seemed a little disorganized compared to other companies I interviewed with. The facility had excellent views of Puget Sound and the atmosphere seemed relaxed.
The interview seem fairly trivial, and I was a little concerned about a conversation I overheard while interviewing that made me feel uncomfortable.
Straightforward and concise. A quick phone screen with a senior engineer to go over work history and interest in the position.
Followed by two coding interviews, one after another. Relatively standard LeetCode questions.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tyemill
Interview
Initial phone screen then 2 interviews on site. The first was with a senior developer and the second with a manager. The process was pretty standard where we started with a tour of the facility then technical interview starting with work history, past projects, then coding question on the whiteboard.
