Interview process was very easy. The recruiter was very laid back. Didn't really ask many questions, Mainly talked about the position and pay. This interview was the easiest I ever had!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at U-Haul (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2012
Interview
Pre-screening call to start, then they invite you to the initial interview. Initial interview is at the desk of an HR person. Very informal and easy. General questions and as long as you don't say something outlandish you should get the position as they are always looking to fill it seems. Second interview is with an HR person but with a group of people to go over your hours of availability. From there the HR person will make a cut or two from the group and then the rest of the group will move forward and be given a job offer that day. After that you begin training a week or so later. So three steps 1) pre-screen call 2) initial interview (drug test required within 1-2 days of that initial interview, fully paid for) 3) group meeting (job offer happens here).

Question 1
More than anything just make sure you're available 32 hours a week and Saturday's. Saturday's are extremely busy and they need as much staff as possible. If not, Sunday's are big too so if you can't be available on the weekends, don't even bother.

Interview
Quick and simple had a very nice lady interview me. Did it over Microsoft teams from the comfort of my home. Didn't take more than fifteen minutes maybe 20 minutes.
