I applied for the role via Gradcracker. I then had a 30 minute phone interview which I passed and then went to Wellingborough the following week for the face to face interview. A personal quality interview followed by a site tour followed by a technical interview and then a presentation on a scientific topic of my choosing. The interview was quite long but interesting and the staff were friendly. The company were also very responsive and gave me honest feedback when asked.
