Quick phone interview with someone from a separate department that was unable to answer specific questions about the job. Tried to receive follow-up after they said they liked my application, and was given three emails to contact, but no reply.

Interview
The hiring process was very simple. I submitted my resume through a hiring event at a conference. Received confirmation of interest and interview a few weeks later. One 1.5-hour interview with two team members and an informal conversation with the hiring manager. Unofficial offer followed by official offer.
