The interview was really chill , it was supposed to last for an hour but it just took 30 min . It was more conversational rather than interrogative . But I am not sure if it’s a good sign , it’s already been over 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything back even after sending the HR multiple emails they just don’t respond to me , can you tell me if this is a bad sign and I need to move on or they actually take time

The interview was done on the phone with the manager. No video call throughout the whole process. I never saw my manager until I was hired! I have never seen that before.
