I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Portland, OR) in Dec 2016
Interview
I was contacted through LinkedIn about the position. I responded and said I was interested in hearing more, but I wasn't committed to the position at this time. Salary was never discussed. I talked to a recruiter and was told that I was being moved forward to onsite interviews in the office. I met with a member of the HR team and did two phone interviews with the supervisor for the role and two recruiters. I felt positive about the experience and was moved forward. At this point I was excited about the role but no one had discussed the salary and I didn't bring it up because it didn't seem a natural part of the conversation. At this point the recruiter stopped contacting me and I was only working with a Coordinator. The final round interviews were done via virtually. One interviewer told me I would hear back the following Monday and another interviewer told me I would hear back the following Wednesday. It's been two weeks and I have yet to hear from the company. I sent a Thank You email and was told I would hear back soon. I haven't heard back.
I was surprised that a group of recruiters hiring another recruiter wouldn't have put more effort in creating a positive candidate experience by being responsive after their interviews.

A total of four interviews: recruiter interview, interview with someone on the team, interview with hiring manager and final interview with leader of org. I found out within the week that I was hired and started about 3 weeks later.
