I met campus recruiter at a career fair. Recruiter asked to set up a time for a phone interview the next week. Phone interview took 30 minutes and was pretty laid back. Then interviewed at local branch to determine position fit.

Very laid back and more about getting to know the employers. Showed me around the office and met/interviewed with 3 separate people. Mostly about getting to know them and getting to know me rather than finding out what I knew about the position.
