Sad!
1. He / She started off by complaining that the previous person in this position had left after just a year.
2. He / She clearly did not like their current job even though he / she had been promoted in the last yera.
3. He / She had nothing positive about US Bank. He / she kept comparing he / she's current job to how their previous jobs in a negative manner.
4. After just 5 - 10 minutes, I wanted to hang up the phone knowing that I could NEVER work for this person. I hung in there to remain professional.
5. I asked He / She regarding the next steps. I was told that Recruiting would be reaching out to me. I knew that He / She was lying!!

First interview was truly informative and the conversation dynamic with the HR Recruiter. CJ was prepared after clearing understanding the role requirements from the Hiring Manager, professional and enthusiastic in representing US Bank.

I first had a phone interview with a human resources screener, followed by a call with the hiring manager. The interview process concluded with a panel interview involving the entire team.

Interview
Met with the hiring manager, the recruiter, and several team leaders. Then, met with the team I'd be working with day-to-day. Altogether, I was able to meet 7 people and the process went very quickly and smoothly.
