I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Milwaukee, WI) in Sept 2009
Interview
I applied for a position online. 3 weeks later I received a phone call for a "pre-screen." At the end of the pre-screen, I was instucted to go downtown and take a skills test. 2 weeks later, I called the recruiter who was surprised I hadn't heard from anyone in the department or HR yet. It was a long, drawn out process, but all interviews and tests were basic.
Resume screening first, then HR phone call, asked logistic questions and behavioral questions mainly. And a superday following that. Not sure if there's any upcoming ones. This was a great experience overall
Ridiculously easy. They didn't care about my experience. They were desperate to fill empty roles and wanted to know when I could start. I should have run when I saw the yellow flags.

The two people that interviewed me were very professional in their demeanor. They asked questions on various subjects. They kept the interview moving along nicely. The interview was scheduled for one hour but we finished in about 45 minutes. Everything went well, They made me an offer and US Bank is my new home.
