The interview process is decent. The questions are scripted and are worded in a odd way. I had to ask them to clarify one or two. When you think of questions that may be asked, think of times you have worked with people and you have had to reword the way that you are explaining something or answering the question to help them better understand what you are saying. Everyone understands things differently. Also think of a time that you have had to problem solve/handle a conflict with a customer and how did you do it/what did you do.
Practice basic interview questions regarding customer service and just be honest. Working in a call center you need to know how to work at a quick pace but also be efficient and be good with customers. You need to know how to explain some thing two or three different ways depending on who you are talking to
