Typical application process and face-to-face interview. I was coming in to them from a known source, so I feel like they might have gone easy in the interview process.

Again, I think they went relatively easy on me, but they asked me to define "customer service".
Very informal and conversational. Completed over Zoom due to pandemic. Discussed responsibilities and accomplishments in prior roles. Discussed role and what it entails. Heard back very quickly which I appreciated.

If you could pick one thing to improve on what would it be?
I started through a temp agency. The bank basically hired you in as permanent employee after 90 days. You just have to complete their online application with your job history etc.

The bank didn’t ask any interview questions. The temp agency asked standard work history questions.
