Interview
It was very long and took about three or four interviews before you talked to the vice president who had a very interested approach to how things were done. It was a long process dmgor sure
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Cincinnati, OH) in Feb 2010
Interview
Phone interview and a 1:1 interview with the VP of collections. Then I was skill tested for: Microsoft office proficiency, collection laws, communication skills, data entry skills and given a personality test. A few weeks later I had a panel interview conducted by what would be my future peers; then another 2:1 interview with the VP and the Senior VP.
