U.S. Government Accountability Office interview questions

Promoting to senior analyst has two rounds. First, you submit a written application (updated federal resume using USAJobs) and written narrative essays demonstrating your readiness to meet the senior analyst competencies with explicit evidence to support your statements (think STAR method and using data to quantify your performance). Once you are determined among the best qualified candidates, the second round of the process is to interview and address questions about how you will succeed in the role. The questions are specifically aligned with the required competencies for senior analysts.
