1 on 1 interview with the unit manager. Very casual and friendly. I did not feel like I was being interviewed, it was more of us just chatting and getting to know each other.

Interview
Applied online, took 3 weeks to hear back from the hiring manager and was called to come in for a Panel In-Person interview. I had about 7 people in the panel and they would bounce off each other and ask questions.
Was notified same day via phone call if I got it. Total process took 3 weeks from application to interview and offer.

I applied online and then they contacted me through phone call. My interview was the next day on zoom. It lasted 30 minutes and they said that they would get back to me in a week.
