I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UC San Diego in Feb 2013
Interview
I found a job advertisement at nature jobs. Following submission of a cover letter and a resume I had a skype interview of about half an hour.
The decision to offer me the job was made quick. As it included an international relocation and visa process the formal part from the side of the officials of UC San Diego and the American immigration offices took a couple of months. The staff at the department that hired me was helpful and responsive to e-mails.

Question 1
Research experience: what I worked on and the institution (including affiliated institutions) I was working at the time of the interview.
What I would like to work on.
How I saw my role in a team.
It was quite long. First skype interview, then presentation to the lab and then meeting with all the team members one by one, replying to their questions. However, it is useful to meet people in advance.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UC San Diego (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview goes very fast and just ask me what I was doing, and ask what is my opinion of the job to do , all the procedure goes very smooth, and the advisor is very friendly and nice
The dog went to the park and caught the ball. What cor was the dog if his coat was white during the day? Note that the dog only ate purina dog food. The aforementioned scenario is the type of question you can expect to be asked. Got it? Grest, dude.
