      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UC San Diego (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2017

      Interview

Very basic interview. With a referral from a current or former employee, you are basically guaranteed a spot. Very low pressure and casual in nature. Just make sure you are somewhat physically competent (Able to carry loads of up to 40 lbs)

      Interview

Was pretty chill didn't ask any hard questions, just behavioral i guess. they were very kind and gentle. I was relaxed the whole time. during the whole time i was asked easy questions. I made sure t speak smoothly and confidently. One thing that was intimidating was that there were three people interviewing me which kinda freaked me out.

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at UC San Diego

      Interview

Interview was very casual and they asked much about my life as a student and aspirations after college. Appropriate because this is an on-campus job. They had me sit down and it was more of a conversation then anything. One thing they wanted to make sure was what I knew about the job and what I was getting myself into. The manager even emphasized that he wanted my grades to maintain while taking on the job.
