      Anonymous employee
      La Jolla, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UC San Diego (La Jolla, CA) in Jun 2010

      Interview

Three step process. They first screen your resume and check if you are qualified to provide exceptional customer service. The next stage is an phone interview to assess how well you can communicate over the phone. The final stage is an on-site interview that is accompanied with a challenge. The process does take time but it fully evaluates your ability to troubleshoot, communicate and utilize the resources available to you.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1
