Overall it was a smooth process. Make sure to be ready for behavioral and situational questions. Bring relevant stories and prove you have what it takes to be successful in this role. research the company, its values, and the medications.
The interview process did not have a ton of steps. The final interview was a panel interview and many "STAR story" questions were asked. It was 2 interviews back to back with similar questions asked in each interview.
