First you apply online in December. Then they get back to you in January and you do 2 group interviews over 2 weeks with 10 or so other candidates. You do projects where you design programs and talk about incidents. Lastly in early February, you'll do a round-robin style of interview where you spend 5 minutes each at 5 tables to talk about certain topics like Programming, Policy Enforcement. etc.
