I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UCLA in Feb 2024
Interview
The process was straightforward and communication was constant plus clear. I had 2 interviews, one phone and one zoom, before getting invited to a final in-person interview. For the final interview, they asked me to create a presentation for a prompt related to the job, which I was not compensated for. Lastly, they did reference checks.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at UCLA
Interview
Very typical - phone screen and then an on-campus presentation on the prompt they assigned and panel interview. Panel interview was first and then presentation. Found the process very standard and easy to navigate!

Question 1
Can you tell us about a time you had to manage competing priorities from different stakeholders?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UCLA in Sept 2021
Interview
3 rounds. Average communication. There was a panel interview involved that could've been organized a bit better. It's a big organization so you get to meet other people in the company that you may not directly work with. The interview timeline was never accurate, I had to consistently reach out for updates.
