I interviewed with the Assistant Resident Director and one of the Resident Assistants. We submitted applications at the beginning of the year and were selected to work for the year, and we could apply to continue. I worked throughout the 2013-14 term, then the following summer and again in the Fall of 2014.

Question 1
What would you do if a resident came in, obviously intoxicated and out of sorts, with a guy you've never seen before, who says he's going to take her upstairs to her dorm?
It is usually with a desk manager and their lead DA, but sometimes you may get another lead staff or other staff at UCSB. You won't know your interviewer until you join the meeting, but everyone is really nice, so don't fret!
Great learning experience as a student, ask basic interview questions and also received some feedback. The interviewer explained the interview processes before hand and there was also a lead desk attendant that was interviewing alongside the manager.
